By downloading, installing, or playing Word Explorer, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. These terms apply to everyone who plays, since Word Explorer has no account or sign-in.
The license we give you
FSD Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Word Explorer on devices you own or control, for your own personal entertainment. This licence doesn't give you any ownership of the app itself — only permission to use it.
You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app or any part of it, except where the law you're subject to gives you a right that can't be excluded by this agreement.
Playing fair
When using Word Explorer, you agree not to:
- Use cheats, bots, exploits, or modified versions of the app to gain an unfair advantage or unlock content without paying for it.
- Attempt to interfere with the app's normal operation, or with other players' ability to use it.
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Coins, gems & purchases
Word Explorer may offer virtual currency (such as coins or gems) and optional purchases like removing ads. Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred between devices or players.
All purchases are processed by the app store you downloaded Word Explorer from (Google Play or the App Store), and are subject to that store's own payment terms and refund policies — we don't process payments ourselves and can't issue refunds directly.
Who owns what
Word Explorer — including its artwork, puzzles, music, code, and the Word Explorer name — is the property of FSD Studio. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that ownership to you.
No account, your device, your risk
Word Explorer doesn't use accounts or sign-in, so your progress is tied to the device you play on. If you uninstall the app, clear its data, or switch devices without a backup, your levels, coins, and gems may be lost permanently — we have no server copy to restore from.
Availability & changes to the game
We may update, change, or discontinue features of Word Explorer — including levels, rewards, and ad placements — at any time. We'll try to keep the app running smoothly, but we don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device.
No warranties
Word Explorer is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including — to the extent permitted by law — warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FSD Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Word Explorer, including loss of game progress or virtual currency. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Ending your use
You can stop using Word Explorer at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your ability to use the app if you seriously breach these terms — for example, by cheating or attempting to disrupt the game for others.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the revised terms.
